When the boards are clipped into place. The expansion gaps are automatically set between individual boards thus allowing for the natural expansion and contraction of the floor.

EASIKLIP is unique in that the Clips ae designed to easily fit into the boards.EASIKLIP features an average of 30 Aluminum Clips per m2 which lock the individual boards together.

EASIKLIP flooring requires no nails, no glue and no fuss! So simple and easy to install, typically as quick and easy to install as a click laminate floor, making it ideal for any Floating Floor application, either in domestic or especially in professional construction projects where time is money.

Nexus Solid Hardwood Flooring - 10 Important Steps to Perfecton

1 - Wood Selection, Nexus uses the finest quality hardwoods; all species are carefully selected from the saw mills in the forest area.

2 - Air Drying, All timber will be air dried for at least 3 months before the kiln dry process. This step ensures that there are no bad splits inside the timber-when kiln drying.

3 - iln Drying, Nexus insist to dry all timbers in our own factory, by using the latest kiln technology.

4 - Moisture Check, The Wood is carefully checked after the kiln drying process to ensure that it is at the optimum moisture content.

5 - Acclimatization, Before T&G, we let the timber stabilise for 1~2 weeks for acclimatization. This step makes timber far more stable.

6 - End Matching, The tongue and groove at the end of each board are then milled to complete the precision end matching process.

7 - Selection Process, the first grading selection is done by our own highly trained wood graders.

8 - anding, The boards are then sanded through a high-tech sanding machine that ensures consistent thickness throughout the boards.

9 - Pre-Finishing, Calibrate roller coaters apply environmentally friendly water based lacquer to the assembled boards, this unique process guarantees the adhesion of lacquer to the wood. A total of 6 sealer coats + 2 top coats through a roller coat process that applies consecutive protective coats of ceramic "Klumpp" Lacquer. Ensures perfect results every time. Optionally the timber can be prefinished using Woca Oil.

10 - Final Quality Inspection, Our highly trained experts then examine every board for any milling defects, staining imperfections, finish dents or character flaws that are unacceptable in the grade before final packing take place.
